Meerkats!

These cheeky meerkats were featured in a raffle to raise funds for the Exotic Zoo in Telford!

Memory world map

I had the honour of creating this world map for a special customer. Her mother had recently passed away and she contacted me to donate her stamp collection. I made this map using the prettiest stamps in memory of her mother.

Cumbria

I bought the map for my mum as she had seen your stall in a craft fair in Manchester and she had asked could you do it so I decided to surprise her. She was born and raised in Great Clifton near Workington in Cumbria but has lived in Manchester for the past 41 years. We have family that live along the coast which is often not looked at due to the lakes being so close. It’s a beautiful part of Cumbria and my mum was so pleased when she received her map. It’s pride of place with other family photos and can’t thank you enough for bringing her little part of the world to her home.

Sri Lanka

I ordered the Sri Lanka map for my husband, as a present for our one year wedding anniversary. We got married one year ago and went to Sri Lanka on our honeymoon for 3 weeks. It is such a special place for us now and so i wanted him to have this as a reminder of the day we got married and the honeymoon we shared together after on cloud 9. He absolutely loves all things maps and I thought this was really different. I loved the Ceylon stamps included, lovely touch. He loved it and it is pride of place on our wall. Thanks again for being so helpful with it its such a fantastic idea.

St Lucia

The map currently lives on my wall of memories - which looks a bit messy as we are decorating. I picked St. Lucia as my husband and I got married there in 2003. And you made it so I could give it to him for our 17th wedding anniversary. My husband picked the spot and it is like heaven on earth! If you ever get the chance, go!

Latvia

I bought Latvia for my father who is a stamp collector. And I came to the UK from Latvia. Unfortunately, due to Covid-19 he still didn't see the map, but knowing his passion to stamps I can tell that he will love it as I do!

Wales

Initially I was looking for a map of Wales (where we live) in pink and grey to match the decor of our room but when I saw the stamp selection offered and that Czechoslovakian and German stamps were there, I was excited as my Grandad was born and lived in those places. Also the Austrian, Swiss and Australian stamps mean a lot, either as places we’ve visited or where our family live so what started out as some matching room decor now unexpectedly has so many memories attached to it and I’m thrilled to bits!

Zimbabwe, Slovakia and Hungary

These maps were purchased as a gift for a husband, to celebrate the countries the couple had lived in together. The gift was well receieved as the maps were put up straight away!

India and Britain

This map was made as a gift for new parents, to celebrate their origins. The father is from Britain and mother from India.

World Map

I purchased the world map for my mom's birthday. She loves to travel and see the world which is why I asked for the whole world of course. Since this was a year without travel, it seemed extra appropriate. She and I are also involved with Postcrossing which is a community where people around the world mail each other postcards with beautiful stamps all over them. Between the love of stamps and the love of travel, this was the perfect gift. I almost didn't want to part with it. Thank you again for doing such a beautiful job.

Yorkshire and County Durham

This map was designed to bring together a long distance couple on their anniversary! The couple live in neighbouring counties but current restrictions has limited their visits. "Love" stamps were included in each county to pull them together in love!

Napoleonic Solider

I was asked to create a special gift for my customers father. He collects George V stamps and Napoleonic war letters. We decided to combine the two hobbies and I created this handsome soldier!
